"Rachelle is such a talented poet and editor, but what's so rare is that she's also an incredible teacher. Top tier. I can't recommend Beauty School enough."

"My first Beauty School class was SO MUCH FUN. Poetry as Play was the perfect balance of goofing around and connecting deeply with the craft of poetry. Rachelle is a fantastic teacher and brought so much depth and insight to every single lesson and workshop. You could tell she really put a lot of thought behind each lesson and genuinely cared about helping each student in the class connect with the work. Poetry as Play helped me out of my writing slump, introduced me to so many new poets, and was incredibly generative. I hope to take more Beauty School classes in the future!"

"A Beauty School workshop feels like learning from a good friend who is equal parts super smart and fun. Rachelle handles her workshops and poetry in general with respect and immense care. No matter where you are on your poetry journey (veteran or newbie), you will walk away from her workshop with exciting knowledge, poems that you want to keep working on, and having had a 10/10 good time."
